In my first Rail Simulator video, I depart Barstow in a UP C45ACCTE and give a full tour of the cab and the exterior. Marjorie Barstow was the first graduate of F. Matthias Alexander's first training course in 1934. This video was shot at one of her last workshops, in 1991 or 1992, when she was well into her 90s. By then, the effects of her osteoporosis were clearly evident - but her teaching was at it's finest. ... read more
